I have used my cookie recipe with Pillsbury Gluten Free Flour Blend
to create cookies that look just like my signature cookies!
They REALLY are SOFT, and they taste crazy good
I have two varieties.
Gluten alternative or
Gluten, egg, and dairy alternative


There is however, something everyone needs to be aware of. Although I go to great lengths to ensure that there is no cross over from making a regular cookie to gluten free cookie, I am not able to produce this specialty product in a kitchen dedicated to that product.  Therefore, those who abstain from these things due to serious allergies, may not wish to consider trying this product. But if you choose to abstain from these for quality of life, this may be a treat you're looking for.

You may be asking, "Yeah, but how much more will you be charging for these?"
NOTHING, NADA, ZIP, ZILCH. Thank you Walmart.

     Yes, I know the ingredients cost a little more, but that's just it. It is only a LITTLE more. Honestly, it is not enough of a difference for me to justify charging a group of people who need to stay away from these things, more money than I charge for my signature cookie.

Tone's Clear Imitation Vanilla
Pillsbury Gluten Free Flour Blend
Salt
Baking Powder
Baking Soda

GLUTEN EGG AND DAIRY ALTERNATIVE COOKIE 
These are a flatter cookie, much like a biscuit style cookie, yet soft with a slightly course texture.

Granulated sugar
Pillsbury Gluten free flour blend
Smart Balance Dairy Free non-GMO buttery spread
Mott's natural applesauce (no added sugar)
Tones clear imitation vanilla

     WITH YOUR CHOICE OF TOPPINGS

          FROSTING
Crisco shortening
Confectioners sugar
Tones clear imitation vanilla
          
ROYAL ICING if egg whites are not an issue
Confectioners sugar
Powdered egg whites
water
Tones clear imitation vanilla


          CHOCOLATE
Moser Roth dark 70% cocoa (no dairy)
